Historical fencing and context

The goal is to advance in fencing skills but also to learn about historical contexts and norms related to it.

Training for physical activation and advancement

It can focus more on endurance, strength, explosiveness, or on the other hand simply feeling fatigue or for body recomposition. It does not require knowledge of fencing as such, but it is also possible to do specific exercises in the context of preparation/rehabilitation for fencing.

Fun

The focus is on simply enjoying fencing contexts for as much as safety permits.

Recreational

The focus is on enjoyable, easy training, not maximizing either skill advancement or immediate fun as much as long-term and consistent practice.

Tournament Preparations

The focus is on optimizing skills in the context of modern historical fencing tournaments.
